Job Title: CDL Class A Driver – Van Trailer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This role involves operating van trailers. Drivers will be assigned trucks with sleepers, and the position offers daily home time and a day shift schedule, making it ideal for those seeking a work-life balance. Must be manual transmission endorsed.
Key Details:
Home Time: Daily
Schedule: Monday – Friday, no nights or weekends
Shift: Day shift, 8-10 hours per day
Route: Regional deliveries within a 200-mile radius of Sioux Falls, SD
Weekly Hours: Minimum 40-45 hours, overtime paid after 40 hours
Responsibilities:
Safely load, and secure all loads.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment as per DOT regulations.
Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members to address inquiries accurately and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tractor, trailers, and loading areas.
Complete all required paperwork, logs, and records accurately.
Operate assigned trucks with sleepers responsibly and ensure proper maintenance.
Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Must be 22 years or older
Ability to pass a required DOT physical and drug screen
