Used Trailer, I bought it in Colorado. It turned into project I could not take on while trying to live on the road. I have registered it in SD. Have the clean title coming in the mail. It is in good condition for its age. There is water damage in side. I have been able to fixe the water leak from the sun roof.

Refrigerator using electricity doesn't work, but unsure about gas.
Has propane tanks and an AC unit that doesn't come with camper but can be negotiated.
Black tank is cracked. There is a portable tank that will come with the trailer.
