🦜 Looking for the Perfect Home for Lucky the Macaw 🦜
Meet Lucky!
Lucky came to us after being neglected by his previous owner, who became tired of caring for him and left him living outside. When we rescued him, he was underweight, stressed, and had plucked most of the feathers from his chest, back, and legs.
Over the past few months, we’ve worked hard to help him gain weight, feel safe, and start healing. He has made great progress and looks much better than when he first arrived.
Lucky will step up, loves food, enjoys dancing, and says “HI!” He has a big personality and loves attention on his terms.
Like many macaws, Lucky can be loud. He enjoys screaming and can upset our other bird. ( we have 5 other parrots )

We are unsure of Lucky’s age.
We are looking for a patient, experienced home that understands large parrots and is willing to continue helping him build confidence and trust. We are not in a rush and want to find the right fit.
