We are currently seeking reliable and experienced crews for ongoing property preservation and handyman work. This is a great opportunity for individuals or teams looking for consistent work in the field.

Scope of Work Includes:

General property maintenance and repairs
Lawn care, debris removal, and trash outs
Minor plumbing and electrical work
Lock changes and securing properties
Drywall, painting, and basic remodeling tasks
Winterization and inspections (seasonal)

Requirements:

Must have your own tools and transportation
Ability to complete jobs on time and follow instructions
Experience in property preservation or handyman services preferred
Must be able to take clear before/after photos and submit reports
Licensed & insured (preferred but not always required depending on job)
