Looking for affordable Housing? Falls Terrace does have 3 bedroom/2 bath apartments coming available in this next month. The rent is a low $968 per month with a deposit of $450 at the time of move in. The square footage is 1080 square feet of space and the floor plan is great. All will be freshly painted. The flooring is wood laminate in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The apartments are set up with all the appliances you need. The kitchens have a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. Off the hallway is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. No more hauling your laundry downstairs or to the laundromat. Residents are required to pay for the utilities of electric and gas while Falls Terrace pays for the water, sewage, and garbage. We are pet friendly with up to two pets allowed and some deposits and fees do apply. Since Falls Terrace is Affordable Housing, not income based, there are income guidelines. They are as follows: a household of 1 can have a maximum income of $49860, 2 is $57000, 3 is $64140, 4 is $71220, 5 is $76920, 6 is $82620, and 7 is $88320. The application fees is $35 per adult. But right now, we are having a special. The screening fees are waived, and you will receive a credit of $968 on your ledger to start out. That means you would only have to pay the $450 deposit at time of move in. Super great incentive.
