The property is located about an hour north of Minneapolis, MN, right off Hwy 35, in a quiet rural setting. A 34-foot RV is available on-site for the right person to live in during the agreement. Parking and laundry are available on-site.
What we need help with:
• Cleaning up, organizing, selling, donating, or junking items around the farm
• Helping sell personal property through Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
• Supporting care needs related to our house dogs and two upcoming litters of Labradoodle puppies
• Light house cleaning and general household help
• Basic gardening and outdoor cleanup are also possible
• Acting as a reliable caretaker for the property while we are off-site
Compensation and housing:
This is a min. six-month arrangement paying $1,000 per month total, whether for one person or a couple. A possible $500 bonus is available for completing the full agreement and meeting expectations. Housing is provided in the on-site RV.
Who this is a good fit for:
We are looking for someone hardworking, honest, steady, easy to work with, and able to problem-solve without needing constant direction. The schedule is flexible, but the work is real and results matter. You should be comfortable with dogs, rural living, practical cleanup work, and communicating clearly.
No additional pets, please, as there are already several dogs on-site. 420 is acceptable. No hard drugs. A background check will be required before any agreement is finalized.
