Seat tube measures about 17.5", top tube 20.5" Feels a little small for me at 5' 10".
Nice Specialized tires and tubes, canti brakes. Original (long) stem but new aluminum handlebars for some rise and added width (about 28" wide). Original bars will be included.
New SE Bikes grips.
New Shimano trigger shifters.
