Bought a 5 room 1.5 bath house last October and been debating on taking on a roommate so thought I'd just post and see what happens. I'm a 37 year old guy who works for a non profit and clean background. I ask you are the same as well. I figured it might help to share some interests if we are gonna be in the same roof. I'm family oriented, play video games new and old, into sports, wwe, huge simpsons fan. Enjoy board games and fires/camping as well. I'm pretty easy going but expect common courtesy as I would you. I'm located not far from avera hospital. I don't have any pets. If you have any questions please let me know and I'll provide more pictures if necessary. I'm debating on what to charge for rent but may possibly be flexible.
