The square footage is 1080 square feet. All would be freshly painted. The flooring is wood laminate in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The apartments are set up with all appliances. The kitchens have a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. Off the hallway is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Residents are required to pay for the utilities of electric and gas. Falls Terrace pays the water, sewage, and garbage. Pets are allowed. Since Falls Terrace is Affordable Housing, there are income guidelines. They are as follows: a household of 1 can have a maximum income of $47160, 2 is $53880, 3 is $60600, 4 is $67320, 5 is $72720, 6 is $78120, and 7 is $83120. The application fee is $35 per adult is being waived at this time.
